Firstly, consultancies want clients to do things in their way. Why, because it’s easier for the consultancy and fits into their approach. This is regardless of whether the approach actually helps the client.
Secondly, consultancies have compartmentalised clients problems to align with their own service offerings
Consequently they are putting the consultancies approach before the clients’ needs. In other words, they are not working in the clients best interest
